Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes! It is for us to serve you better.

How fast will I receive my order?

For orders within Singapore, it typically takes 1-3 business days.

For international orders, it takes between 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.

How long will the return/exchange process takes?

We will send you an email when we have received your returned parcel. It may take up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse.

Can I opt for a refund upon returning my parcel?

Yes. Any local purchases may be returned within 8 days from the day order is placed. Your store credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the date store credit was given.

Please note that sale item(s) are strictly non-refundable nor exchangable.

Can I exchange for another design?

Sorry. We only allow exchange in different size/colour. If you wish to exchange for another design, you may wish to opt for a refund and purchase using store credit. 

How long is the validility of the store credit voucher?

Store credit voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

What is the value of the store credit voucher? 

Value of store credit voucher issued will be equivalent to the refund amount for a particular order.

How many store credit vouchers can I use in each order?

The store credit voucher can only be used in a single purchase. Any balance credit amount not utilized will not be refunded in cash or credits.

Can items purchased using store credit refund voucher be returned?

Unfortunately, only one-time return and exchanges are permitted. 

Can I update/cancel my order or change my address?

You cannot edit your address or any of the item(s) in your order once it’s been submitted.

What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?

We accept payment by American Express cards, Visa, Mastercard, debit and credit cards.

Prices for all our items are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do and it is a flat rate courier service to different destinations around the globe. Click (here) to find out if we ship to your country. If your country is not in the list, please contact us at help@knitscapsule.com and we will try our best to ship to you.

Do you offer return & exchange for international order?

We regret to inform that International Return & Exchange are not available at the moment.

Can I exchange/refund sale item(s)?

For now, Return and Exchange are only applicable for regular priced item(s).

What size am I?
