Local Shipping

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We offer door to door courier shipping via our courier partner, Simply Post. It will take approximately 1-3 business days for your purchase to reach you. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

How much do I have to pay for the delivery service?

Courier delivery is FREE for all domestic order.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate for orders delivered to different parts of the world via our courier partner, Simply Post. 

It typically takes between 7-14 business days for your purchase to reach you. Depending on the destination, custom clearance may cause delays in the delivery time.

A Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

All necessary taxes and import duties are to be paid by the recipient when the order has reached its destination country.

Returns and Exchange

What is your return policy?

Any local purchases may be returned within 8 days from the day order is placed. Your store credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the day of issue.

Sadly, we do not offer return/exchange for international orders for now.

How do I make a return?

  1. Drop us an email at help@knitscapsule.com indicating the item(s)* you wish to return. We will then provide you with the mailing address for return. 
  2. Mail the item(s) together with your return slip back to us via traceable mode of posting. We are not be liable for lost items.
  3. Once we have received the return item(s), please allow 1 week for us to process your refund.
  4. We will notify you via email and proceed to issue you your store credit voucher code.

All shipping costs for returns are solely borne by the customer. Store credit vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.

You can be use the credits for your next purchase by applying the voucher code at the "PROMO CODE" field during checkout.

*Item(s) returned must be clean, unworn, unaltered with hangtags attached and in their original packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned back to you.

Please note that only a one-time refund is permitted for each order. Sale item(s) are strictly non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item? 

Yes! You can exchange your item in different size or colour within 10 days from the day order is placed.

Please note that sale item(s) are strictly non-exchangeable. All shipping costs for returns are solely borne by the customer. 

How do I make an exchange?

  1. Drop us an email at help@knitscapsule.com indicating the item(s)* you wish to exchange. We will then provide you with the mailing address for exchange.
  2. To exchange item(s)* for different size/color, we will require the purchase receipt. Fill up the exchange form attached in the parcel & indicate the size/color you wish to exchange with.
  3. Mail the item(s) together with your receipt & exchange form back to us via traceable mode of posting. We are not be liable for lost items.
  4. Once we have received the exchange item(s), please allow 1 week for us to send the new item(s) back.

*Item(s) returned must be clean, unworn, unaltered with hangtags attached and in their original packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned back to you.

In cases when the item you wish to exchange with is out of stock, a refund to store credit will be processed instead.

Can I exchange/refund sale item(s)?

For now, Return and Exchange are only applicable for regular priced item(s).

What if I received a wrong or defect item?

Please contact us at help@knitscapsule.com with a photo of the defect or wrong item within 3 days from the day you receive your parcel. We will be sure to help you out!
